I purchased this phone for my mother because she frequently didn't hang the phone up after use. This phone has ONE button to turn off and turn on. No more searching for the off button that is usually very small. This large button has solved the problem. Mom enjoys all the larger buttons.
The flashing light when the phone rings is great. The volume control button increasing the volume so I can hear her and she can hear me.
I think it is a good product for the money.

This phone is great for young and old alike:Big buttons,large illuminated caller ID display,and a lot of programable features.Unlike another reviewer,I found the ringer tone to be plenty loud.

This phone has really lived up to it's claims. I bought it for my elderly father who has trouble hitting the right buttons, and he is using this phone with very little trouble.

Good phone, but the ringer volume is rather low. So if you are hard of hearing, it really requires you to look at phone's flashing lights. Rest of it is very useful.
