Great sounding headphones August 31, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this product to use with an iPod Shuffle. I ruined the iBuds that come with the iPod by sweating into the earpieces while running. The sound quality is leaps and bounds ahead of the stock iPod earphones. When using these headphones, the clarity is so great that I hear parts of songs I've never heard before.
Pros: o Low price o Top-notch sound clarity o Deep bass
Cons: o The cord is too long, and becomes tangled easier than I sneeze o Not really noise canceling, they just work as earplugs o Rubber earplug part also functions as earwax collector
Great earbuds at a great price. August 30, 2008 The earbuds that came with my Zune suck. After shopping around Amazon, I found these and have been very happy with them. They were so good that my wife started using them for her Zune, so I had to buy another pair for myself.
Get a case for them if you can. August 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's been almost a year since I bought these great headphones. I spent hours looking online for the best quality/price, and found these to be a perfect fit.
The sound was great for $20. I've had several pairs of below 50 dollar headphones, and these have been the best. The comfort is unparalleled! Yes, you can actually fall asleep with these on (however, they do tend to slip off at some point when you're asleep). Warning: Be careful not to lose the rubber earpieces. They stay put alright, but rough handling may cause them to come off at times.
My Jbuds finally gave out a week ago when the left bud stopped working. I tried to fix the headphones several times, but finally ended up taking them apart (I'm the curious type). The wiring leaves a bit more to be desired, but then again, I have put these through a year of abuse (backpack, pocket, tangled in my car, a little water, sun, heat, cold, etc.) and they held up great.
***If you get these, be sure to have a little case or something to put them in.***
Right now, I just noticed the Sony Mdr-Ex32Lp ($20.69) headphones, and I'm torn between getting another set of Jbuds or getting the Sony.
In my opinion though, the Jbuds are a good, durable set of headphones that will give you tremendous listening pleasure for months and years to come.
I like these. August 29, 2008 I like these ear buds...better sounds than Apple's. The only problem is when I use these for jogging, I completely cannot hear anything around me. The bike riders get upset trying to warn you they need to pass.
Good, but not good enough August 29, 2008 Have to agree with the previous review. Great quality sound, but mine got messed up after about a couple of months: I'd say something to do with a wiring. I thought it was a random problem and wanted to buy another pair, but it looks like it is a pattern with this product. As nice as they were in the very beginning, I would think twice before buying.
