Great while they last, which wasn't long for me July 17, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
A week ago one side went silent. Yesterday, the other bud went silent. They don't work anymore, so I had to dig up my original ipod issued headphones. I went to my account to see when I ordered these, and it was early March. So these ear buds were very comfortable for the five months that they worked. Do I spend another $20 and hope the next ones last as long or longer? Or get used to headphones I currently have? Unfortunately, $20 is a little more meaningful to me today then it was five months ago, so I'll pass on buying these again. I hope yours last longer.
Earbuds -- What more can I say? July 16, 2008 Good product for the price. They stay in my ears during an hour-long run/bike and sound good. Their only pitfall, in my opinion, is the extra-long cord, which gets in my way while running. As a solution, I tuck the extra cord into my waistband -- no huge issue there. All in all, a good, solid product.
Improves the performance of an iPod July 16, 2008 The JBuds Hi-Fi Noise-Reducing Ear Buds perform well at both reducing surrounding noise and faithfully reproducing the iPod sounds. These are better than the original earbuds that come standard on the iPod.
Decent Ear Buds July 15, 2008 The sound on these is pretty decent. You can listen to and enjoy them at a relatively low volume. I prefer the smaller ear bud cover but there was only one! They do feel pretty flimsy so I'm trying to take care not to yank the cord which is pretty short. It's not short if you're just connecting it to your iPod on your belt or wherever but I use them at my desk at work and they don't reach all the way to the end of the desk. For $20 I think it's a good deal. I'll prob. buy another pair when they break.
Great, but broken already? July 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had these for two weeks, and suddenly the sound became muted and doesn't come out right in one ear. This happens when they are completely plugged into my laptop. When they are pulled out a fraction, they work fine. How are they broken already?
Other than that, they have great sound quality and good noise reducing. Just hope they won't die on you in the first two weeks.
