Exactly as the original, swivel and suction design well thought out, excellent functionality. The 12V adaptor could use an L-bend or freely swiveling base.
Perfect Replacement April 2, 2008
When the suction cup on the original broke I needed to replace it and this exact replacment was the perfect fit.

Good product for the right price. What you need to share your GPS between two cars without constantly detaching the mounting.

This is the best mount that I can find, however, it's not perfect, so I took off one star.
The good news is that the mount really holds to my dashboard. A lot of 3rd party units will pop free. You can mount it with a temporary sticker or a permanent sticker. I used the temporary one and it works fine. It's also superior in that it does not obscure the driver's view.
On the downside: It's a little awkward to plug in and remove your Garmin GPS unit.
Also. sometimes the ball mount (the part the GPS connects to, separates from the suction cup section as I'm trying to connect or disconnect my unit. It can easily be plugged back in.
It's nice to be able to swivel your GPS to suite each driver.
It's compatible with the GTM-10 and 20 road status systems.
All in all, it works and is a much better solution that the 3rd party products in the market.

Great Kit! Comes with everything you need to set up your Garmin in a second vehicle. All attaching hardware and lighter adapter included. I used mine in a second vehicle so that I don't have to transfer everything to switch it over in seconds to our other car. Just move the pocket sized GPS from first car to our second car in about 5 second. Love It, and this kit costs MUCH LESS that trying to purchase parts at a retail store. It will save you A LOT OF MONEY and TIME if you would like several cars setup and ready to move your Nuvi 660 back and forth.
