This is a smart little device. Not only does it count your steps, it records those steps (and other data) right into the Health Management Software that is provided. You connect your pedometer via a USB cable that is provided and DL the latest activity. Then you hope you have ALL happy faces, if not, you get off your behind and do some more walking! I love this little device, it has got me walking again! Great for hikes too.

I just can't believe that accuracy of this pedometer. I walk 4.1 miles in 1h 8min every morning. Over a period of two weeks my total steps were 7975 +/- 100. It's hard to believe my step length is that exact. The ability to save the data using my PC is icing on the cake. The fact that it resets over night is really nice. The only improvement I would like is a cover for the display to keep it from getting scratched. I didn't think I'd like the strap that comes with it but now I just attach it to my cell phone holder and slip it in my pocket. No fooling around with placement to make it will work properly.

This is the second pedometer that I have had, and by far the best! The Omron Pocket Pedometer appears to be accurate, and very easy to use. I especially like the fact that there is no need to reset the pedometer each time you walk as it resets itself at midnight each night. I also love being able to download my steps with ease onto the supplied Health Management software. And you don't have to download each day - this unit stores your information! I am very please with this pedometer!
