5 out of 5 stars Fast and Reliable   January 3, 2008

I am using this card with a Powershot G9, which takes very large file sized pictures. It definitely speeds up the camera. The one feature that I love about this package is the recovery software. I use my camera for work and twice I deleted a picture that I didn't mean to. I was able to use the recovery software to retrieve the photos. I was thrilled. The card reader is great - very portable.

5 out of 5 stars Pricy, but worth it!   January 2, 2008

I've only used it once so far, but the card reader is a really nice deal because you don't need to turn your camera on to download the pictures or whatever to your computer; which is a big deal for travelers! Also, it comes with a small carrying case, nice bonus!

5 out of 5 stars Works great for me!   December 30, 2007

Purchased this card for my Canon SD870IS. It seems to work very well with the camera and transferring to the computer is a snap! I don't have any other cards to compare this to, but I think it is plenty fast for this camera. Even the guy at a local store said that I don't need anything more than the Ultra II for this camera, but why not get the better one? I think this card is more for Digital SLR type cameras, but it works great for me. The capacity is just awesome and I never run out of room! Highly recommend!

5 out of 5 stars Lots of space and quick!   December 28, 2007

I haven't taken many photos yet, but my first impression is, "Wow, lots of space and fast!" I have a new Canon SD870IS and on the "highest quality" settings at full 8MP, I still have room for over 1130 pics on this 4GB SD card. The little card reader is a great option as well. This whole package was a great deal for the price, and everything arrived promptly. I don't have any experience with the ULTRA II brand, so I can't lend any comparisons there. All in all, I am glad I spent a little extra to have the best card out there right now.

5 out of 5 stars Ready-Boost, Vista, and EXTREME speed !!!!!!   December 28, 2007

I use this card for my HP notebook computer to engage Microsoft Vista Readyboost. What a scream! It's great. Vista ReadyBoost caches data between the system memory and the hard drive. IT'S REALLY FAST and the hard drive seems to coast more often. I think my battery lasts longer and the HP runs a little cooler. Vista Resource monitor shows the SanDisk card regularly caching 200 MB streams. Office programs boot up much faster ... Word in seconds, Excel, PP, Outlook all work much faster. The SanDisk card plugs into the HP notebook card slot. Vista asks if you want to engage ReadyBoost ... say yes and it works. The card is almost invisible. I just leave it there and go about my business. This is definitely worth the purchase for any Vista notebook computer.
