| Customer Reviews:
Fast and reliable 8GB SDHC May 3, 2008 Based on the specifications for class 6 SDHC memory cards I presume that his card has a speed rating of 133X or even more since my camera requires a write speed of approx 10MB per second.
This 8GBs card is impressive through its flawless read and write at such high-speeds ( neither during playback nor during recording, have I experienced any glitches. I would like to note also that the audio and video have always remained in sync, and whilst in record mode, I encountered no lagging or frame drop).
Inexpensive and Works Perfect! April 29, 2008 I was sketchy at first about buying an off-brand card, but after looking at the reviews, saw that every brand had at least a few people with bad experiences, so decided to try the Transcend card.
I shot an entire 16 day vacation on just this card with a 10 megapixel camera on fine jpeg with room to spare! Absolutely no problems so far and would gladly buy another or recommend it to a friend.
works well, well priced April 28, 2008 I purchased this card to record a wedding video on my panasonic hd camcorder. I can't tell the difference between this card and the panasonic sdhc card that I purchased. Except for the lower price.
High price/performance ratio April 27, 2008 Fast SD card at low cost - works perfect - high speed - perfect for video camera's
Additional Cache for Vista April 27, 2008 I purchased this SD card hoping to use it for backup of important documents but when I plugged it into my laptop I found Vista asking to use 4GB for memory cache. Turns-out the card can read and write fast enough for use as another memory cache. I let Vista use it and a few days later I noticed my laptop is operating faster. Software programs that used to take 45 seconds to start now take only 14 seconds - pretty neat - guess I'll have to buy a larger card...
