Great Camera! October 21, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The SD850 takes such great pictures and is so easy to use! My only suggestion to Canon for the next development would be a battery level indicator as the 850 lacks any sort of warning until the very last minute, and then it just shuts off. (My solution for this is to have a spare battery and keep it fully charged and handy...I'm looking into acquiring the spare. My husband's solution is to just charge the battery weekly as it holds a charge for lots of photos.)
Its a fantastic camera.... October 20, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
i bought this camera for $308 and feel its worth spending. Its clarity is very very excellent when compared to my frens sony cybershot, canon SD1000 especially when you try to capture videos in dim light, excellent clarity.
i got a 35 mb memory card with this, so i bought a 2 GB memory card as i need more memory.

Works great! Need to get to know all functions well. Low light could be better, and camera a little too small, but lots packed inside. Many features but you need to learn how to use them.
Great performance! October 18, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very small and easily be taken anywhere. 8.0 MP is large enough for common use. But it is some what insensitive with the automatic image rotation and it seems SD850 does not include a quick movement mode. Totally it is a great digital camera for people who do not require professional photographs.
