This webcam was recommended to me by a friend. Excellent recommendation! I had it out of the box and in service in minutes. Using Skype, I was soon video-conferencing out-of-state family. Image quality is excellent, as is the microphone. Well worth the purchase if you are looking for one of these devices.
Excellent camera! May 15, 2008
Son and family went to China to adopt a new baby and were required to be there for 17 days. Talked and saw them every day even with my 5 year old computer. Fantastic product!

This camera is one of the choices on the Skype website. It has an excellent mike, very good resolution on the camera, and was absolutely effortless to install.
I highly recommend this one with Skype in particular.

After reading all of the reviews (which are right on point) about this webcam, I decided to purchase it!
I've only begun to scratch the surface of what it can do. I'm running Windows Vista and haven't had any problems. Without a doubt, this is the best webcam I've had. I upgraded from an older model from Logitech. Excellent purchase!
