 Love the lamp July 12, 2008
Sturdy, easy to use. I like the fact I can click once for two lights, and twice for one light. As teeny as it is, it is plenty of light for reading, and doesn't disturb my spouse on the other side of the bed.

It's a well made light but I cannot read the kindle or much else with it.
I have not too good vision and it is not enough for me.
I do not see these types of lights are marketed as fine replacement reading lights unless you are reading under the covers as a kid or in a tent.
A waste for me.

I've never used a booklight before, but since you don't need to turn pages on the Kindle, it's easy to clip this to the cover and set it to shine where you need light. It's nice and bright, and flexible enough for easy setup, while staying in the position you set it in unless you bump it. Sometimes you have to push the button a couple times to get the light to come on, which is my only complaint, but it's still easily a 4-star product.

I love this light! It is so convenient I use it all the time in my bedroom. I have it attached to my headboard and use it for night reading etcetera. It has two bulbs and you can click once or twice to choose to have one or both on. It works so well and puts out so much light with two that I most often just use the one. It is also doesn't put out the heat my electric lights do. I have an electric lamp right next to my bed and don't use it as it puts out so much heat and too much overall light, whereas this light is in a specific directed area which I really like! I even took it on vacation with me. Anyway, I give it a 100% 5 star rating and am going to buy another one for my van.
