Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Compact Speakers for iPod (Black).My co-worker , who brings her Pure-Fi to work , we work in a dog grooming shop. Our shop volume can be very loud with other sounds ...It's true music does help sooth the savage groomer :)
....I bought the Pure-Fi for our motorhome the compact size work well....I love the Pure-Fi so much , I bought another one for my 21 yrs old son Who is very pleased with it......

This a good product but not great. I really like this product at first but after having for a week I decided to return this unit because of these two reasons.
Reason 1 - not loud enough.
Reason 2 - some material was very distorted due to signal gain strength of song.
Very nice design and compact. Good sound on some material. Cheap remote control. Good battery life.

The speakers were perfect for listening to downloaded audiobooks during our camping trips! Sound was clear, and the remote was greatly appreciated on nights without the moonlight! Definitely satisfied with the purchase.
Nice Sound but never received rebate August 17, 2008
I have no complaints about the sound from this player. I purchased this item the last round of rebates and I have yet to receive. It has been almost 3 months, I have not had any responses after emailing logitech customer service. After hearing about the battery problems with this product I was willing to pay the $ with the rebate calculated in. Not so sure if I would have bought it at full price $69.

We purchased ours about 6 months ago, and use it daily.
It's small enough that it can sit on the kitchen table, for romantic dinners for two.
When we went on vacation, it was nice to have our own music in our room while we relaxed after a hectic day of playing "tourist."
One day per week, I have a long commute. I tried one of the car speakers, that works in the radio, but found it too annoying -- and dangerous! -- to continually adjust. This now sits in the passenger seat, and works great.
We are fussy about the sound quality. However, the sound is comparable to the sound when wired into our much more expensive SoundDesign stereo system.
Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely! In fact, we bought one for my Dad for Father's Day!
