 Shipping makes them over priced. September 3, 2008
The shoe adapter is great. It is required if you buy the Nike+ and have another type of shoe. I purchased the iPod and Nike+ at the same time but had to buy the adapter seperatly and the shipping was more than the product. I felt ripped off.

Great product east to use. Quick and easy on and off use. No re-lacing shoe laces or worrying about worn out velcro. Great solution if you can't afford a $100 pair of Nikes.

This holds the receiver great and was a good price compared to similar items. However, it sits very high off the shoe and because of the material, it does not tighten in place well; it can move back and forth easily. Due to the nature of the Nike sensor, I don't think this is great for accuracy. Furthermore, a key feature, one of the reasons I bought it, was that you were supposed to be able to turn your sensor on and off easily. This does not really work and I always end up having to take out the sensor to turn it on and off using a pen. If buying again, I would get one made of material that can sit closer to the shoes and pull tight with the laces.
