1 out of 5 stars Buy something else!   October 6, 2008
I purchased an 80Gig Zune in September 2008. I paid 239.00 here at Amazon, so I don't know where they are getting the 500.00 price tag. Anyway, I owned it for two months, and was generally happy with it. The interface software is difficult to work with. You would think Microsft, the makers of Office, could come up with something more friendly than their Zuneware.
The hard drive froze up and failed completely after 2 months. It takes about 6 weeks to get it to the factory, get it fixed, and returned. This is lost warranty time.
I replaced it with a 120Gig Zune. The hard drive on this one failed within four hours of turning it on. I sent it back.
I'm done with Zune. Microsoft cannot make a reliable product or decent software for it.

5 out of 5 stars AWSOME Devise!!   October 4, 2008
I love this Zune 80. Its a awsome devise. LOTS of storage. Awsome LCD screen. Big one to. Awsome Premium Earbuds. If it doesn't come with them send it back. The ear buds make the orignail ear bugs sound like its from the past. Over all I love this Zune. I also bought a 120 Zune too and I am keeping them both. Don't pay 400+ for this or buy a USED one cuz you never know what your gonna get. Sellers LIE ALOT!! I know I have delt with plenty of them on Amazon.

I think the problem was the crap software. It worked fine for months then I upgraded the software to version 3 and it froze up and never worked again. I eventually threw it away because it would never respond again. Completely dead. Over $200 wasted on this thing because of crap software from Microsoft. Thanks for destroying my Zune you idiots. I'll never buy another one.

1 out of 5 stars RIPOFF   October 3, 2008
The seller "sellonsellon" is a SCAM artist. I ordered and paid for the product on September 1st and as of October 2nd have not received it. Numerous emails to the seller have gone unanswered. I have asked Amazon to refund my money.

5 out of 5 stars Love   October 1, 2008
I loved my Zune, all the way. I've never had an iPod, I'm sure they're great but I've always wanted something with radio built in that could hold all of my songs. The only mp3 I've had before this was a Sony 256 MB Walkman. Ha! Only held 100 songs. I had my Zune for 2 months before I lost it (probably stolen) and it made me so mad. That thing was awesome!
